This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered social media content creation service, available at ai.isocialize.me and via our iOS mobile application.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account information (email address, password or OAuth credentials via Google or Apple)
- Profile information you choose to provide
- Prompts and content you create using our Service
- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe or Apple In-App Purchase — we do not store full card details)
- Communications when you contact our support team
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device information (browser type, operating system, device model)
- Usage data (features used, content modes, time spent, interaction patterns)
- Log data (IP address, access times, pages viewed, prompt and image generation counts)
- IP address at the time of each AI request (stored on your profile for security and fraud prevention)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies for session management
- Aggregate analytics data via Google Analytics (Google Tag Manager ID: G-ZFJSZM16ME)
2.3 AI-Generated Content
When you use our text generation, image generation, or video generation features, your prompts are transmitted to Google's Gemini API and/or third-party video generation providers (such as Luma AI, Kling AI, RunwayML, or MiniMax) to produce outputs. These providers process your prompts under their own privacy policies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our AI content generation services (text, images, and video)
- Process transactions, manage subscriptions, and handle in-app purchases
- Enforce usage limits (daily/monthly prompt and image generation quotas) based on your plan
- Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Monitor for abuse, fraud, spam, and security incidents using IP address and usage data
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We share your information only with:
- Supabase: Our backend infrastructure provider (database, authentication, and serverless functions). Data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases.
- Google (Gemini API): Your text and image generation prompts are sent to Google's Gemini API. Google processes these under their Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
- Video Generation Providers: If video generation is enabled, prompts are sent to the configured provider (Luma AI, Kling AI, RunwayML, or MiniMax/Hailuo) under their respective terms.
- Stripe: Payment processing for web and Android subscriptions and credit purchases.
- Apple: In-app purchase validation and subscription management on iOS devices.
- Google Analytics: Aggregate, anonymized usage analytics.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided to you.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest via Supabase, row-level security policies, and role-based access controls limiting which staff can view user data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services. Conversation history, generated images, and usage records are retained while your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by using the account deletion feature in the app or by contacting us at info@isocialize.me. Deleted data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information
- Object to or restrict processing of your personal data
- Request portability of your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority (for EU/UK residents)

11. Apple App Store — Additional Disclosures
When you use our iOS application, the following data types are collected and linked to your identity:
